Q4. which was the pokemon which ash caught first ? (caught [Pikachu is not excepted because it was given by prof.oak .])

It was a pidgey as i re-call.

in the anime, yes it's really caterpie.

But in the manga version, the first pokemon ash ketchum "catches" is debatable. Pikachu comes back to him after running away until ash lures it out with food. The next "capture" would be when pikachu saves Ash from a Fearow by shocking it as it dove down to attack him (while ash didn't expect it to happen).

The next episode/comic, shows that ash already has an additional Pidgeotto and a Caterpie. So i'd say the first Pokemon Ash caught on his own would be either of the two.
